Single-vineyard, Pinot Noir Rosé.   
 
Structured & elegant.  Acidity & tannins are soft & poised.  Mercurial flavours - somewhere between dark fruitish plum & herby tones. Hard to define but gorgeous to drink. Why did we not make more!  
 
100 percent Pinot Noir, clones UCD5, 10/5 & Abel.
